I just didn’t realize this time that technorati can give great benefits for every bloggers in the world. This social bookmarking service will add the beauty on my sidebar. After I checked at technorati page, this blog got eight point of authority and I still don’t know what it means. However, I believe that soon I will get this knowledge and could improve my ranking on technorati.

As you all already familiar, it was a great quote from William Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet , Scene II! And this quote will last forever and ever as long as the word “name” exists in this world. So, what’s the relationship of Shakespeare with my blog? I think everybody knows that “name” or let’s called it domain name is one of the significant aspect of every webmaster’s consideration. Indeed, my blog’s name is quite uncommon in the eye of Shakespearean; it is actually the translation of Language Translator (Penerjemah Bahasa), as indeed I myself is a translator from English to Bahasa Indonesia and I just want to make this blog as my world. So, you can see from the title that this is “The Translator World”.

For every webmaster in the world, web hosting is the number one priority when setting up a website. In my whole stories of being outdoor adventures, flashlight could be very beneficial when we are in the deep foggy and dark jungle where the line of sight only reaches about 2 meters away. The only flashlight that comes in my mind was Mag-lite, one of the product of Mag Instruments, California, USA. All the time I never realized that what so called permalinks (short for permanent links) has been so important for the SEO management of a Blog. I just notice recently after reading Bob’s articles which explain a lot about the SEO tweak and technique. Indeed long URLs could be a problem either for the search engine (google, yahoo, and so forth) or even the human when referring to a site’s URL. So, I get my gears ready (a glass of coffee, a pack of Marlboro) and starting my journey to find the right path to the SEO realm.
Weekend is a great day for everyone, including me. After 5 days spent at the office doing daily routines, finally I can get relaxed in front of my computer. Sometimes, the way to release the tension after being under pressure in the office is by surfing the internet, reading books, watching movies or listening to the music. However, this time I like to spend my time surfing the internet, trying to find relaxing nuance from the Internet. May be this is not a good idea from the health perspective as I also do my daily routine in the office in front of computer. However, I just made up my mind and this time I should find something new from the internet.

Audio has always been my favorite although I still cannot be categorized as an audio geek. At the moment, I have joined various forums related to audio to find new information about audio stuffs. Because most of my times were spent in front of my computer, I have to find alternatives to make my audio experience got satisfied. However, it sometimes difficult to get the right stuffs without looking up to the forum or websites. From various forums that I have participated, I got was recommended to use one of the leading sound card manufactures. After finding the right sound card for my PC, the next task would be to find the most suitable computer speaker for my audio system. The suitable here means that the speaker should fit the demand of my audio experience and it also should fit the budget (yeah, the important consideration is the budget).

Yesterday, January 27, 2008, the former president of Republic of Indonesia, H. Muhammad Soeharto passed away after few weeks of treatment in Rumah Sakit Pusat Pertamina. He died at 1.10pm local time. I myself have been hoping that Mr. Soeharto could died in a good and peaceful manner, because man at his age is actually could be said already given a great bonus from God Almighty. So much suffering would be upon him if he didn’t die. I may say so because actually, He is no longer live in a normal sense. Various medical surgery have been done to support his life, including respiratory supporting device which later perhaps contributing to his death. In His last days, it was reported that the respiratory supporting device has caused some infection to his lungs.
No more discussion I guess, only one thing. I once had a great experience with this Smiling General. I had an occasion to be face to face with Him, shook his hand when I was still in Junior High. What a great and unforgettable memory and experience I have (see the picture below).
Ok, stop talking, let’s pray that even considering so many people that mocked him, may God the Forgiver, could provide a better place for Him in the After Life.
